I haven't blogged in a while. My bad. But now I have a valid excuse! I actually am working four jobs :)
My day job at the call centre has been my bread n butter for over 6 years. That won't be ending anytime soon; well at least not until these other ventures start making some cash lol
My second job is a labour of love with Jay. Our podcast, We Got The Geek, is really starting to take off, and we couldn't be happier. Our business partners, John and Ryan, are awesome. In under a month, we've had over a thousand visits to our site (http://wegotthegeek.com) and we have over 20 episodes on iTunes. Jay has been lining up our topics and guests, I work on the editing, John's been working on our YouTube channel, and Ryan works on our logo and print advertising. It's such a great partnership, and we're looking forward to the two events we have lined up for May and for what the future holds.
My third job is as an Independent Consultant for Scentsy. Man, I do love this job and this product!! I've tried other direct sales in the past, but I'm so impressed with this company, it's core values and the support. It's truly an unbelievably great company, and I'm proud to be a part of it.
My fourth job is my partnership with my friend Alex, organizing and running local craft shows. We had our first show March 10, and are planning a show twice its size for April 21. Crafty Mums Craft Shows will be getting bigger and better as we go along!!
Oh, and I'm still a mom and wife, so there's that. :)
My life is beyond busy, and I honestly don't think I would have it any other way :)
